CDSB is accepting applications for the April 2026 – March 2027 operating year, with a multi-year outlook on initiatives, support, strategic planning, continuity of service delivery, and housing outcomes. Funding approvals are made on an annual basis, subject to HPP allocation, dependent on CDSB Investment Plan approval, and subject to demonstrated achievement of outcomes year-over-year and reporting compliance.
Applicants must align their request for funding with the applicable provincial HPP operating service categories:
- Supportive Housing
- Community Outreach and Services
- Housing Assistance
- Emergency Shelter Solutions
The primary priority for HPP is Housing Outcomes. Secondary priorities for HPP are System and Population Outcomes.
