The Cochrane District Services Board (CDSB) is pleased to share the 2025-2030 Strategic Plan – Northern Roots. Strengthened Together.
This plan was shaped through meaningful engagement with residents, clients and patients, community partners, Indigenous leaders, service providers, municipalities, Board members, and staff across the District. We are deeply grateful to everyone who took the time to share their perspectives, experiences, and ideas throughout this process.
Grounded in local realities and guided by shared values, the Strategic Plan sets out a clear path forward — supporting community stability, delivering people‑centred services, and strengthening CDSB as an organization over the next five years.
