The Cochrane District Services Board (CDSB) is pleased to announce that applications for Reaching Home funding for 2026–2027 are now open. Organizations delivering homelessness services across the Cochrane District are invited to apply.
Funding priorities include:
✔️ Basic needs and emergency supports
✔️ Shelter capacity (new or existing)
✔️ Supports for individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness
✔️ Culturally relevant services for Indigenous peoples
✔️ Data collection & Coordinated Access participation (HIFIS, By‑Name List)
📅 Deadline: Friday, February 27, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
