Job Reporting to: Housing Services Program Manager
Salary: $23.80 – $28.19
SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Housing Services Program Manager, this position supports the delivery of the Affordable Housing Program and Investment in Affordable Housing Program, and provides clerical and administrative support to the Program Managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION
- Clerical and Administration for the Affordable Housing Program and Investment in Affordable Housing Program (IAH)
- Pre/Post Inspection of units for IAH
- Tracking and Reporting of AHP and IAH, maintenance of AHP and IAH files.
- Prepare agenda, minutes and organize meetings for Non-Profits
- Compose and draft routine correspondence
- Processing of former tenant files, including any tenant related charges and submissions to the Credit Bureau.
- Provide clerical support to Tenant Administration program.
- Interact with applicants/tenants as required.
- Maintenance of the Province Wide Arrears Database.
- Provide back up for Maintenance ASO.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to operate/learn applied computer programs and general office information programs.
- Must be self-motivated and able to organize assignments and department workflows.
- Good interpersonal skills are required to communicate with staff, landlords, and clients.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Two-year college diploma in office administration with related experience or a combination of education/experience acceptable to the employer.
- Experience in a landlord – tenant environment.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

- Valid driver’s license
- Use of a vehicle may be required
- Must maintain confidentiality
- Bilingualism in accordance with the French Language Services policy
