The Cochrane District Services Board (CDSB) is the designated Service Manager for community housing across the Cochrane District. Working closely with housing providers, including co-ops and local housing corporations (LHCs), the CDSB oversees over 2,400 housing units, directly operating over 1,200 units.

Applying for Housing
Eligibility for community housing is determined by the Housing Services Act. 2011, along with CDSB’s Local Rules. All community housing applicants are placed on a centralized wait list.
